We negotiated with the hotel special rates on a finite set of rooms.

Special Rate for delegates of EMUTools and collocated workshops:

“Delux Room with Garden View” at 130 € per night single occupancy, or 150 € per night double occupancy (+1,5 € city tax) .

Included are the following amenities: air conditioning, hairdryer, minibar, safe, complimentary WIFI, breakfast included.

Local Information

The Conference will take place in Cannes, at the 4* Radisson Blu Hotel, which is easily reachable by train, bus or car.

If you plan to arrive by Plane:

1. Reach the Airport of Nice (IATA code: NCE). This airport is very well connected either direct or via Paris.
2. From the airport (both Terminals), a shuttle bus (line 210 Express) reaches Cannes City Hall regularly (GPS: lat 43°33'2.88"N; long 7° 0'44.48"E) . It takes approximately 50 minutes and costs ~20 euros single trip (but ~30 round trip). Alternatively, a line 200 also reaches Cannes, but takes more time. It costs also less: 1 Euro+ 7.6 euros/bag
3. The Conference hotel is located 5-10 min. walk from the City Hall (see map below (note: Cannes City Hall.pdf)

Alternatively, you may take a taxi to bring you directly to the hotel. There is a taxi station at the Airport, both terminals. it cost about 50 euros on the day and 70 euros at night.

If you plan to arrive by Train:

1. Reach the Cannes Train Station (GPS: lat 43°33'14.14"N; long 7° 1'13.37"E) . Please note this station can be reached by the High-Speed Train (TGV) network in France.
2. The conference hotel is located 15-20 min. walk from the train station (see map below (note: Cannes Train Station.pdf)).

Alternatively, you may take a taxi to bring you directly to the hotel (taxi stand outside the Airport). It will cost you less than 10 euros single trip.

If you plan to arrive by Car:

1. Reach the Radisson Blu Hotel (address: 2, Boulevard Jean Hilbert, 06400 Cannes, France; GPS: Lat: 43°32'53.97"N; Long: 7° 0'43.30"E).
2. It is recommended that you exit the Highway (A8) at the Exit “N. 42 Mougins” and then follow “Cannes Centre”until you reach the sea. (see map below (note: A8 Exit 42.pdf))

The hotel has a private parking (35 euros per day) but you may also find a large parking is available right in front of the hotel for 20 euros per day. Other parking lots may be found at walking distance.
